Office/Client Relations Manager Wanted

Founded in 2004, Broward Tutorial Services is a small tutoring company located in Davie, Florida and servicing the Broward County area. Our focus is on college admissions test preparation: we offer individual and group SAT and ACT tutoring, taught by a team of dedicated and experienced educators.

Full-time position, overseeing client relationships, from initial contact to scheduling for services. Responsible for day-to-day operations of office, including client billing, scheduling, marketing coordination, and ordering supplies. Assists clients with questions and concerns about testing and college admissions procedures as needed.

In-office hours 12-6 pm
Direct the Sales process of new and continuing student enrollees, providing high-quality customer service
Grow student enrollment in both individual and group programs
Follow up with clients after services by phone and email
Conduct local marketing initiatives including presenting to grow the business, occasionally after regular business hours
Effectively communicate and oversee instructor communication on student progress to parents.
Schedule, manage, and staff all individual and group tutoring services
Maintain accurate records across systems including, but not limited to, Google Docs, Salesforce or other CRM, Microsoft office, and client scheduling software.
Run automated billing daily
Monitor office, including cleaning schedule and staff, copier, and ordering supplies as needed

BS, BA preferred
Personal experience with college admissions a plus.
Highly selective undergraduate or graduate institution preferred
Prior consultative sales experience preferred
Superior presentation skills
Highly professional and presentable
Strong written and verbal communication with a high attention to detail
Friendly, attentive, and responsible
