The process of becoming and operating a resident owned community (ROC) is not an easy task, but ownership is well worth it to the future affordability and sustainability of ROC communities who bravely choose to own and govern themselves.

The ROC Association is a community-leader led movement representing all ROCs nationwide. Its two committees, the Outreach & Education Committee and the Policy & Advocacy Committee, offer ways to help make resident ownership bigger and better on a national level. ROC USA is happy to announce we are seeking a contract bi-lingual Community Project Coordinator in San Antonio!

We’re looking for someone who wants to be deeply engaged in community building, someone who can communicate effectively, mingle and work comfortably with people of all backgrounds. You’ll be the liaison between ROC USA and the homeowners in a newly formed manufactured housing cooperative in San Antonio. You should be analytical and project-oriented.
