You might notice clay sculptures mounted to the pillars of all of our activity stations. These ceramic plants and critters complement the activities at each station and encourage visitors to look closely at their surroundings, the way a naturalist would. How many of the 39 sculptures can you find and identify?

Another new artwork you’ll notice when you arrive is the Birds in Flight installation, mounted on the ceiling of the welcome pavilion. These cut aluminum sculptures depict the patterns of migratory birds soaring on the wind. You’ll find snow geese, northern shovelers, northern pintails, and tundra swans!
