Across four cohorts, leaders from the Montgomery County Juvenile Court made a consistent investment in their growth. They met monthly for a leadership experience focused on the real challenges leaders face every day.
What stood out most was the commitment. Showing up ready to learn, reflect, and apply new approaches to how they lead their teams and serve their community.
