Route Recruiting

The ideal candidate will be comfortable sourcing and screening new candidates and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential. Candidate should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain strong pipelines across several clients. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. Ideally, candidate will have experience with FedEx and Amazon driver recruitment (not required).

Responsibilities
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates fo open positions
Conduct interviews via phone
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Process candidates through Amazon and FedEx platforms until fully qualified
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates

Qualifications
Experience with recruiting for FedEx linehaul + P&D Drivers (preferred, not required)
Bachelor's degree
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Excel
High-energy and passion, love for people
Demonstrated ability to meet quotas

Comp/Benefits
$18-22/hour (contingent upon experience) starting at 15-20 hours per week OR commission structure (all negotiable depending upon experience)
