Pumpkin pie 🥧 just because.

First time making (or eating) pumpkin pie made from fresh pumpkin. Definitely superior to canned pie filling. Still not a pie I'd eat by choice 😕 probably gonna stick to pumpkin soup & breads.

First attempt at sourdough cinnamon raisin bread. Made with fresh ground hard white wheat flour from my . I'm overall happy with how it turned out. I'm still learning a lot when it comes to sourdough and grinding my own flour. I'm honestly just happy that it's not a brick & that it rose. Oh & it tastes quite delicious.
