CDO Technologies is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across GSA OASIS+, MAS, and related federal contract vehicles.

This role is located in Dayton, OH. This is a strategic growth role focused on expanding federal client relationships and securing task orders within the GSA ecosystem.

We are looking for a leader who brings:

• Proven success pursuing and winning work under OASIS+, MAS, Alliant, or similar GWAC/IDIQ vehicles
• Deep understanding of federal acquisition strategy and task order lifecycle
• Experience shaping capture strategies, win themes, pricing structures, and compliant proposals
• Strong relationships within DoD and/or Federal Civilian markets

This position reports to the Senior Director of Business Development and plays a critical role in advancing CDO’s federal growth strategy.
