“Embry-Riddle’s initial Humanistic STEM offering will be an upper-level Humanities course which will allow students to fulfill an important general education requirement in a unique way.
Our goal was to introduce a new dimension to the picture that involved not only finding places where the arts fit into STEM curriculum but also compelling students to adopt multiple disciplinary perspectives, to see problems as both mathematicians/scientists and as humanists”
