Monday Motivation!!
Ian is down over 30lbs and is working hard to meet his goals!
Ian didn’t just start pushing harder in the gym. He made sacrifices at home and ate clean and didn’t drink. He worked on himself overall -physical and mental!
You can absolutely see all the growth and progress Ian has made this year! Congratulations man and keep up the inspiring work!

Collectively they lost 9.3% of their weight in 6 weeks
