🎓 Meet Courtnie, an Honors senior graduating this December!

Courtnie has truly made her mark at St. Norbert College with a stellar array of accomplishments. She's been named to the Dean’s List, clinched the Rookie of the Year award for SNC Women’s hockey and earned a spot on the NCHA 2023-2024 All-Conference team - just to name a few!

Beyond the rink, Courtnie is a proud member of Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society and The Hidden Opponent, an advocacy group focused on athlete mental health.

Courtnie’s college highlights include cherished moments with her hockey teammates and making lifelong friends. Her advice? “Find a good group of friends and outlets away from school and studies. It is so important to have good people to lean on and have fun with.”

She’s set to intern this fall at Bellin Health Titletown Sports Medicine and Orthopedics, paving the way for a career in health and fitness.

"Starting in early fall, I will be teaching at an American school in Dubai. I decided to consider international teaching positions after completing part of my student teaching experience abroad in Ghana last fall. At the school, I will teach middle school social studies. I am excited to move to such an exciting city and to get to explore more of the world through this experience!"
