Even if a person is actively choosing to self-sabotage, there’s a reason for it — some fear they’re working through, some need not being met, a lack of self-esteem being expressed.
People do not choose to fail or disappoint. No one wants to feel incapable, apathetic, or ineffective. If you look at a person’s action (or inaction) and see only laziness, you are missing key details. There is always an explanation. There are always barriers.
Just because you can’t see them, or don’t view them as legitimate, doesn’t mean they’re not there. Look harder. Maybe you weren’t always able to look at human behavior this way. That’s okay. Now you are. Give it a try.”

Growth and change aren't easy—they can be really tough. But, as hard as it might be to step out of your comfort zone, staying stuck in a place where you don't fit is even worse. It’s a reminder that, no matter how uncomfortable it feels, moving forward is always better than staying somewhere you don’t belong.

Eventually, everyone gets forgotten. In just a few generations, no one will remember your name, your struggles, your achievements, or your failures.
Whatever feels so important now will disappear completely. So, why spend your precious time taking everything so seriously? Why worry about what others think? Why stress over small problems?
Why care about mistakes that no one will remember? Think about it. You're living a temporary life on a tiny planet in an endless universe. Your biggest disasters and most embarrassing moments won't even register in the grand scheme of things.
Instead of creating more problems for yourself, go find some joy. Instead of overthinking, go experience something new. Instead of worrying about your reputation, go make some memories worth having.Life is too short and too temporary to spend it stressed and serious. Your problems aren't as big as they feel. Your mistakes aren't as important as you think.Let go of that heaviness. Find reasons to laugh.
Create moments of happiness. Make peace with imperfection.No one will remember anyway, so you might as well enjoy the ride.

Best way to end something is to starve it. No reaction, just don't feed it. That's where the true power lies. Where attention goes, energy flows. And when energetic patterns are broken, new worlds emerge. Don't return negative energy. Remove yourself and create a new algorithm.
