Metro Detroit residents—from East Dearborn to as far as West Bloomfield and Plymouth—came together for an evening of movement, mindfulness, and unity. It wasn’t just a class—it was a healing experience rooted in joy, connection, and care.Whether folks came to stretch, to share space, or to simply breathe and be present, each person brought their own light to the room.
