Jessica V 8 month transformation & WOW is this been one of my absolute favorites

Jess came to me last June fed up with herself, her knee pain, & trying everything and nothing working

I did not do anything special but give her a plan tailored to her current life situation

She’s on duty, not a lot of different foods, fitness test around the corner, could go underway i mean everything was hectic

all did was focus on the basics get her into a good routine then the fun could start. We got her on a knee protocol where she actually started to gain strength , mobility & flexibility

She was locked in from the beginning we had maybe 4 weeks in total where we weren’t on plan!

Fellas, summer is 90 days away

Dom is 23 years old, Auto body painter. Up at 5am, doesn’t get home until 6pm

He’s got a new baby at home. A full life. 1000 different valid excuses and used none of them!

This guy was packing his meals every single morning before a 13 hour shift and still making it to the gym

The work ethic was never the problem

He just needed the right STRUCTURE behind all of it

16 weeks later His chest, back, and shoulders look completely different.

In the beginning Jess felt disconnected with the women she once was. She wanted to get better not only for herself but for her family to show up better as a Mom and we have done just that

With Spring just around the corner and summer approaching rapidly, I've realized it's time to make a change. Battling with weight issues throughout my life, I reached a breaking point after tearing my ACL. Thankfully, I've been fortunate to have an incredible support system rallying behind me.

Currently, I'm embarking on a new journey by competing in my first-ever bodybuilding show this May. Having gained invaluable knowledge over the past few years, I'm eager to share it with you all and serve as the support I once received.
