Dos Lobos Ranch

A ranch teaches patience in funny ways.

Like beef restocks... it's still delayed. :(

That said, we won't be attending the Justin Farmers Market tomorrow.

Our freezers are flat cleaned out! Instead, we'll take this time to keep working on much needed projects around the ranch.

The good news is, the ranch bosses keep churning and working on new things.

Such as this week...

We now have some brand new things on the website.

Front and center on the homepage, you'll see some metrics that we dug up and presented.

It's hard to believe we've sold 4,000 lbs. of meat since we started the farm in January 2023! As evidenced by the empty freezers...

And yes, if you think about it, if each meal is roughly 1/2 pound of meat, that's over 8,000 farm to table meals from our ranch!

And because our hands are never idle...

Two major webpages were created this week.

We now have a page dedicated to Livestock -- showcasing our breeding program, philosophy, and goals.

Second, we have a new Sale Barn page -- dedicated to all things livestock that are currently available at Dos Lobos Ranch.

While we patiently wait for the butcher to call... we'll keep moving forward, building more educational content, mending fences, and evaluating animals.
