NOW HIRING - LEGAL ASSISTANT OR PARALEGAL

We are currently seeking an experienced legal assistant or paralegal to join our team. The individual in this role will provide administrative support to our attorneys by drafting legal documents, preparing and filing documents with courts, scheduling depositions and appointments, typing dictations, answering and directing phone calls, keeping and monitoring attorney calendars and deadlines, and handling communications with clients, outside counsel, and courts administrators.

Skills and experience preferred including but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF editing, DocuSign, Zoom, and Outlook.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Competitive depending on experience
Paid sick time
Paid vacation
Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
