Nothing says May quite like fresh strawberries, crisp asparagus, and bright lemon flavors! This month, we’re celebrating the season with a simple and delicious recipe perfect for lunch, dinner, or a sunny afternoon by the pool ☀️

🍓 Spring Strawberry & Asparagus Pasta Salad 🍋
🛒 Ingredients:
🍝 12 oz pasta
🍓 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
🌱 1 bunch asparagus, chopped
🧀 1/4 cup feta cheese
🥜 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
🫒 2 tbsp olive oil
🍋 Juice of 1 lemon
🧂 Salt & pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Directions:
🔥 Cook pasta and let cool
🥘 Sauté asparagus for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp
🥗 Toss pasta, strawberries, asparagus, feta, and nuts together
🍋 Drizzle with olive oil and fresh lemon juice
✨ Season with salt and pepper, then serve chilled
