The Tumble Hub

In this drill, our coach is using an elevated block to help this gymnast develop key handstand and cartwheel techniques. We’re focusing on pushing through the shoulders, getting the hands up quickly, and learning to be light on the hands—all essential building blocks for safe, strong tumbling.

The little details matter, and mastering these basics now creates the foundation for bigger skills later. 🤸‍♀️

Our first Gymnastics Summer Camp of the season is officially in the books, and what an incredible week it was! From learning new skills and building confidence to making new friends and having tons of fun, these campers kept us smiling all week long.
