Summer’s around the corner so it’s time to build those strong, thick quads 😤🌴

These are a few of my favorite quad-focused exercises to throw into training. There are tons of great variations out there, but I love these because they do a great job lighting up the quads, building strength, and giving you that nasty leg pump 🔥

Progress them week by week with more load, reps, control, or range of motion, and the gains will come.
