Due to some life changes, shifting priorities, and adjusting to a new season of life, a few things will be looking a little different moving forward. ❤️

Beginning June 1st, Levels Fitness will officially transition over to No Limits Fitness with Ami.

I’m incredibly grateful for every single person who has supported me, encouraged me, attended classes, shared posts, and helped build this amazing community over the years. The love and support I’ve received has truly meant more than words can explain. 🫶

While this chapter may look different it’s just a transition into a new season. I will still be involved, continuing personal training, teaching classes, offering 1-on-1 stretch/mobility sessions, and still being around the community. Please continue reaching out to me directly regarding training or sessions.💪

I also want to say how excited I am for Ami. She is a certified trainer and truly cares about helping women become stronger and healthier. I’m excited to see her continue pouring into the women and the community the same way we always have. I ask that y’all continue to support her during this transition. Women supporting women will always be the mission. ❤️

And trust me this is only the beginning. I have a lot of beautiful things in store. New ideas, new opportunities, new classes, and more are coming. Stay tuned. 👏🏽✨
