Decatur City Schools STEAM Engine-Decatur, Al

We had a great day yesterday at our first school event of the year! Thank you, Walter Jackson Elementary, Decatur, Al, for letting us come!

This summer, the STEAM Engine also doubled as a book bus. We took the bus into 7 of our neighborhoods and passed out books to over 200 students. We loved seeing our families read, create, and build together! Thank you to everyone who made this a great success.

Benjamin Davis Elementary-Decatur, Al students were all smiles on the bus yesterday and today! This school event was the last full day school event of the year! Don’t worry, we have exciting things planned for this summer! Stay tuned!
