We have changed the schedule up a bit and wanted to make you aware of New classes on the schedule!

-Monday at 6:45pm Tower with Erin
-Tuesday at 5:30pm Reformer with Patricia
-Wednesday at 5:30pm Chair with Samantha (starting in November)
-Wednesday at 6:45pm Matwork & More with Erin

These classes are in addition to the existing classes on the schedule. Unlike the Full Studio/Open classes, these will be led classes with the teacher. All levels welcome! Sign up on Mind Body now!

Continuing Ed for Teachers Day. Today we learned more about Kathy Grant and her matwork and pre-Pilates sequences followed by a Wundastrap workshop. Great day learning new things in the studio.
