IT IS THAT TIME OF YEAR!

FREE Outdoor Yoga on Avondale's Town Green will be held the first Tuesday of the month (weather permitted) of March, April, and May!

Our first meet up is next Tuesday, March 4th!

Meet on the green at 6pm for a 60 minute, all levels yoga flow. Goodies, snacks, promo codes, and more are always available! Bring the family and convince a neighbor to join!

Our Innagural Parent Night Out event was a huge success! We used heart and circle hole punchers and rotary cutters to make cards for their friends (many made one for mom first).

We also combined butter slime into new swirls of colors and split them back up to take home.

Beads were strung onto bracelets.

Pink, red, and white snacks were enjoyed together in a circle of laughs.

Partner poses and playing around were the perfect cap the evening.

We hope to meet again in April and continue quarterly Parent Night Out events this year! Are there any special dates you're thinking of? Let us know!

January showed us many sides of itself. Between changes in the weather and in the world, our members have still prioritized making it to the mat as much as possible. Yoga isn't 100% physical, the way your mind approaches a pose is supposed to correlate to how your mind approaches any challenge.
