Assisted pull-ups done slow and controlled aren’t “easier”…they’re smarter.
By taking a little weight off, you’re able to stay tight, move with intent, and actually engage the muscles you’re trying to build—lats, upper back, biceps, and core—instead of just fighting to survive the rep.
Controlled tempo = more time under tension
Better form = better activation
Better activation = better results
Train the muscle, not your ego.

A lot of you are about to start a serious weight-loss journey after the holidays.
Before you do, I want to share a few very important facts — and yes, I’m here to help.
Fat loss truths most people aren’t told:
• The scale will NOT go down every single week — even in a calorie deficit.
• There is no guaranteed weekly weight loss, even when you’re doing everything “right.”
• Weight will fluctuate and plateau for reasons beyond fat — hormones, water, stress, recovery.
This is where most people quit.
They think “nothing is happening.”
So they chase the next fad diet.
Cut calories even lower.
And stay stuck in the same cycle.
Here’s what most diets ignore 👇
As Dr. Gary Brecka explains, you cannot lose fat when insulin is elevated.
If insulin is present, your body is in storage mode, not fat-burning mode — no matter how little you eat.
That’s why what you put in your body — and the timing of it — matters for lasting weight loss.
And why protein is critical:
• Stabilizes insulin
• Preserves lean muscle
• Supports metabolism
• Controls hunger and cravings
Losing weight is easy.
Keeping it off is the hard part.
If this sounds familiar, I can help you do it the right way — sustainably, intelligently, and for the long haul.
I have been there!

I’m stepping into my 6th year as a full-time personal trainer and fitness coach.
Six years of early mornings and late nights.
Six years of lessons learned the hard way.
Six years of watching God work through obedience, patience, and service.
I’ve trained in multiple gyms. I run two businesses—online coaching and my wellness store. But more than anything, I’ve been entrusted with people’s health, stories, and hope.
Here’s what this season has taught me:
• People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. Love always opens the door.
• God didn’t design just one path to healing or growth. If something isn’t working, pause, pray, reassess, and move forward differently.
• Long-term transformation—health, strength, and longevity—is always worth the investment. Helping others finally see that truth is deeply fulfilling.
• Life moves in seasons. There will be abundance and there will be testing. Expect both. Prepare for both. And stand firm in who God says you are when things get hard.
• You won’t be called to walk with everyone—and that’s okay. But if you find it hard to meet people where they are, ask God to search your heart first.
• It was never about money. It’s about stewardship and service.
• The testimonies are more than enough. Watching someone go from “I can’t” to “I can” reminds me that faith, direction, and consistency change lives.
• Every body is different. God made us that way on purpose. There is no one-size-fits-all path to health.
• This calling is built on trust, relationship, and integrity.
• The 5 F’s matter—Faith first, then Family, Friends, Fitness, and Finances. When those stay in order, everything else aligns.
• Helping someone reclaim their health often means helping them reclaim their confidence, independence, and joy—and that is sacred work.
I don’t take this lightly.
If you’re looking for guidance in your health, your fitness, supplementation, or even the courage to start something of your own—I’d be honored to help.
