I want literally nothing more than to find somebody who’ll love this place as much as I do, and keep it original. It would be such a waste to lose such a perfectly preserved home. Would you preserve this house?

Today, we’re touring this fabulously 1990s, waterfront time-capsule house in Atlantic Beach, New York. The interior features all your favorite staples of the decade icluding glass blocks;sponge painted walls; green marble etc. choosing a favorite room for this one is tough. One the on the one hand, there’s that fabulous party room with a full wet-bar; and on the other, there’s that primary suite which has one of the coolest bathrooms I’ve ever covered in the page, complete with hunter green fixtures and green marble walls. What’s your favorite part?
