20 year old retaining wall was in rough shape. Full rip out and 80 ties later this house is good to go.

Ended up running full trim up of the whole property, fixed sprinklers, and reset some soft scape.

This house is ready to hit the market!

Dug out 150+ yards of dirt and shot to grade. This house extension is ready for some concrete.

Any day I get to run an excavator is a good day!

Not as a pretty as our landscape pictures but we are still installing septic systems!
