Happy Adoption Day update from Oakhurst Guinea Pig Rescue 🐹💚
It has been a little quiet on our page lately because we have been busy caring for so many new intakes and babies, but we are so happy to share this special story.
Roady, who was found wandering in the roadway back in 2023, recently lost his buddy and needed a new friend. His wonderful family traveled all the way from Athens and placed their trust in OGPR to help find the perfect match. We are so grateful for families like theirs, whose love and commitment to their guinea pigs shines so brightly.
Roady met Leo, the bonding went beautifully, and now the two are back home together and settling into life as new best friends.
Thank you to Roady’s family for making the trip and for trusting OGPR to be part of this happy new chapter. Stories like this remind us why we do what we do 🐹✨💚
