Our Summer Youth Leadership Team had a very busy week from helping at the NCC’s Neighbor’s Day, sorting toys for Christmas Toy Store, meeting with John Joseph at the E-Center (tour and chik fil a biscuits), picking up trash at the park, helping with Meals on Wheels, learning to cook pasta dishes with our Chef Scott Altice, playing bingo with the Seniors at a senior citizen home, attending a class at the Morgan County Jail listening to the ladies share their stories, and more. Thankful for these young people and their leaders.

We are so grateful for the partnership with Decatur Morgan Hospital and the bus that shows up on Wednesdays to offer community health screenings for our neighbors and staff. We appreciate all their work in our community.

Decatur Morgan Hospital's Mobile Medical Unit is proud to partner with organizations such as the Neighborhood Christian Center of Alabama, Inc. (NCC) to provide free community health screenings. At this event, community members received free blood pressure and blood sugar screenings while learning more about services offered at Decatur Morgan Hospital.
