CANCELED PROM- TUX UPDATE!!

We will be reaching out individually to everyone who ordered and received their tux! Jims basically has decided that they will not be helping, a very small portion of tuxes that I paid for will be put on my account to use as a credit for the future.

With that being said we have come to solution that we believe is the best for all parties.

If you are a junior (we already have a verified list of who is juniors vs seniors) the money paid for your tux (minus the $20 deposit) will be kept on your account for your tux next year. Please return all tuxes by Monday to receive your $20 deposit.

If you are a senior we will return your $20 deposit (upon return of the tux by Monday) and we will be issuing 50% refund.

Your refund checks will be ready for pickup July 6th. We will not issue cash returns!

There was no good way to handle this, we have all discussed this and feel like it is the most reasonable solution for all parties involved. All refund money is personally coming out of my pocket and Jims is not refunding me anything because non refundable order slips were signed.

Please do not go in the store and be upset with my staff this is not their decision and should not be subject to being yelled at. If you only knew the TUX debacles of this year... Any behavior that is disrespectful towards my staff will not be tolerated and you will forfeit all future credits or refund. This decision by the ISD was probably not easy nor was our decision on how to handle a last minute cancellation.
