Cory brings fresh energy to the team and a strong interest in keeping things moving smoothly behind the scenes — something we know will make a big impact as we continue to expand. When he’s not hard at work, you can probably find him out on the golf course or visiting his daughters.

📣 Big things are happening at OCI Alabama

We've officially started construction on an $18 million expansion at our facility - and it's going to make a big difference for our team, our community, and our customers.

Here's what's coming:
🏗️ a brand new warehouse
🚂 an expanded rail facility for better logistics
📦 new packaging and railcar unloading systems
🏭 expanded raw material storage silos

Why now? OCI Alabama is now the only producer of sodium percarbonate in North and South America - the key ingredient in many household powder-based detergents. With demand growing fast, we're building the infrastructure to keep up and stay ahead.

This is just Phase 1 of a bigger plan to grow our capacity and bring more jobs to Morgan County. We're proud to be part of Decatur's industrial legacy.

Outside of work, Michael rides motorcycles, sails boats, and plays volleyball. And because that’s not enough, he’s also a 5th generation samurai. 🥷
