🌟 4-H + Career Day Success at Muhammad Schools of Atlanta! 🌟
On April 29th, 2026, we had an amazing time at Muhammad Schools of Atlanta Career Day partnering with 4-H! 🎉 Students were engaged, curious, and eager to learn as we shared valuable information about leadership, life skills, and the many opportunities available through 4-H programs.
From hands-on discussions to fun, interactive activities, the room was full of energy and excitement. 💡 The students asked great questions, explored new career ideas, and discovered how 4-H can help them build confidence, develop talents, and prepare for their future.
Most importantly—everyone had FUN while learning! 😄👏
A big thank you to Muhammad Schools of Atlanta for the opportunity to connect with these bright young minds. The future is shining bright! 🌱✨

Join UGA Extension Cobb County for a Make Kimchi Safely at Home Workshop. Participants will learn safe, research-based food preservation practices through a kimchi-making demonstration.

The workshop includes:

1-hour workshop
Demonstration of kimchi making
Kit valued at $25, including a tested recipe, dry ingredients, and a weighing scale

🔥 DEKALB COUNTY 4‑H CHOPPED JR. WAS A HUGE SUCCESS! 🔥🍴
What an amazing turnout for our DeKalb County 4‑H Chopped Jr. Cooking Competition! Our young chefs showed off their creativity, teamwork, and cooking skills — and WOW did they deliver! Students had an absolute blast in the kitchen, and the dishes were so delicious that everyone was a winner! 🏆✨
Some of the standout favorites included:

• 🥗 Caesar Green Beans
• 🥔🔥 BBQ Baked Potatoes
And let’s give a BIG shout‑out to the amazing tacos and teriyaki burgers — absolutely excellent jobs, chefs! 👏🍔🌮
