For the grieving, may your heart be held in love and comfort today by a loving soul you trust. I’m sorry you had to experience such loss and pain.
Repost 🇺🇸On Memorial Day, the folded American flag stands as a powerful symbol of sacrifice, honor, and gratitude for the brave men and women who gave their lives for our freedom. Each fold represents a nation forever indebted to those who served and never came home 🇺🇸
Today I opened Instagram to do my obligatory “pre-engagement” scroll before posting anything…
You know, the ritual where you subconsciously provoke yourself into having an opinion because the algorithm rewards outrage more than peace.
And honestly?
About 30 seconds in, I wanted to throw my phone against the wall.
Is anyone else exhausted?
Not just physically.
Mentally.
Spiritually.
Emotionally exhausted.
The wellness world used to feel inspiring.
Now half the time it feels like walking through a digital war zone.
You can’t wear certain clothes.
Can’t drink certain water.
Can’t use certain cookware.
Can’t buy certain art.
Can’t eat plants.
Can’t eat meat.
Can’t ask questions.
Can’t explain nuance.
Can’t disagree without being called a racist, a moron, an NPC, a shill, brainwashed, toxic, asleep, privileged, or apparently… a vegan.
Every post feels like:
“Everything is killing you.”
“Everyone is lying to you.”
“Your house is poisoning you.”
“Your food is poisoning you.”
“Your thoughts are poisoning you.”
“Your toothpaste is poisoning you.”
F**k.
There’s not enough sunlight, grounding, breathwork, PEMF, cold plunges, meditation, red light, minerals, peptides, fascia release, nervous system regulation, or vagus nerve exercises for this s**t today.
And listen…
I understand why people get passionate.
A lot of this comes from people genuinely trying to wake others up or help them heal.
But somewhere along the way, many of us forgot:
A dysregulated nervous system cannot heal through chronic fear.
At some point, “health” itself becomes another form of hypervigilance.
Maybe real wellness also looks like:
Going outside.
Laughing with your friends.
Touching grass without researching it first.
Eating dinner without panic.
Having a conversation without preparing for attack.
Letting your body exhale.
Getting laid.
Some of you don’t need another protocol today.
You need peace.
And some or***ms wouldn’t hurt.
