To earn the title "Marine," recruits must conquer fear and doubt during training. Because when our Nation calls, Marines answer with confidence.

Recruits at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego tackle the Confidence Course. These obstacles challenge recruits to overcome their fears on their journey to fight and win our Nation's battles.

Between February and May, most seniors already have a plan for when they graduate high school. This is, historically, the most difficult season to find highly qualified applicants to commit to earning our title "Marine". We're asking for your assistance to engage the local communities and keep our nation strong.

If you've already graduated or you're a senior and haven't talked about your options with an official representative from Marine Corps Recruiting Command, we highly encourage you to do so while you still have the opportunity. This will allow you to see how we can help you achieve your educational goals, hear the marketable skills we have to offer, and feel the satisfaction of making a difference.
