OK, my loyal customers. I am going to try this again. Many of you have been visiting this page, looking for activity. It is still in my heart to open a cafe/diner and prepare carry-out meals for families. So, I am going to build customers back up through Facebook and then transition to a small location for a diner/cafe. I am going to post daily specials, breads and bulk sales that will always be available, as well as salads, fruit teas and lemonades. As always, if you have a special occasion and have a special request, I will accommodate.

I prepared a quiche for my family this morning. Ours is spinach. I also prepare a wonderful bacon tomato quiche, asparagus, or any other you might want. Quiche is great for breakfast, brunch or even dinner when paired with a salad. Quick, delicious, nutritious!
