We love our volunteers! ππΏ
Here at Trellishta.org, we truly love and admire our volunteers. From gardening and painting to assisting with programs, they are multi talented, hardworking, and incredibly generous with their time.
Sometimes we pause for a fresh picked cucumber straight from the garden π₯ and sometimes we end up laughing together over purple paint covered fingers while creating plant signs π
Thank you for bringing so much energy, kindness, creativity, and joy to our community!

Plant the Future. Grow the Impact. πΌ
Two years ago Trellishta.org planted the seeds for something special at Decatur Legacy Park. Today the Ability Garden is blooming into a vibrant space where people of all abilities gather to connect with nature, learn new skills, and grow together.
The garden is now filled with native plants, peaceful places to pause, and a thriving community. Members tend their own plots through the Legacy Park Community Garden, and this year Trellis launched our Out in the Garden workshop series with hands on classes in gardening, horticulture, and floral design.
And the impact does not stop there.
At the Give Back Garden at Metro Transitional Center, incarcerated women are getting their hands in the soil while building confidence, learning practical skills, and preparing for the next chapter of their lives.
All of this grows because of you πΏβ€οΈ
So this spring we are inviting you to dig in and join the 30K Garden Challenge. Our goal is to raise $30,000 by June 30 to keep these programs growing.
Here is how we get there.
300 people give $30 = $9,000
60 people give $300 = $18,000
3 people give $1,000 = $3,000
Together that grows into $30,000.
Every gift plants something meaningful. A new skill. A moment of connection. A place where someone can grow.
So here is the challenge. Will you plant the first seed?

Spring-Thyme Celebration plant sale is back πΏ
Join Trellishta.org at Decatur Legacy Park Community Day for a vibrant day of connection, learning, and community. πΏπΌπ±
This yearβs plant sale is all about companion planting. The plants we are growing have been thoughtfully selected to thrive better together. They support each other by improving soil health, deterring pests, and helping gardens thrive more naturally.
Come learn which plants pair well, why they matter, and how you can create a more productive and balanced garden at home.
Connect with local green organizations, explore environmental education, and stop by the Trellis fundraiser plant sale to bring home plants that truly work together and support our garden therapy programs!
