50 years ago Dekalb Company 20 officially opened its doors serving the citizens of South Dekalb County, specifically the Panthersville area. Dedicated and courageous firemen have come and gone from the halls they once called home. Forever etching their legacies in the streets, just outside the bay doors. Those same bays have seen generations of firemen swapping stories and sharing leasons learned over coffee and ci**rs. The bunk room has silently stood, watching all the nights of bunks being made but never slept in, as the bell rings itself off the wall. A kitchen that greets you with a permanent smell of bacon grease and a fresh pot of coffee that's always on. As new generations fill the halls for 50 more years, the honor, courage and commitment will still be the same as the day the doors first swung open. These firemen will forever and always be the Pride of Panthersville!!

A lot of people have been asking how they can help Peter beyond prayers and donations. When he was diagnosed, he was in the process of removing tenants from his rental house in Monroe. The house has been vacated and left in bad shape. Peter will be selling the house and we are going to do a couple of work days there to get the house back in shape. The 1st one will be this Wednesday Oct 11th at 9am. If you live in the Monroe area and are free on Wednesday PM us for the address or call/text Shane 770-241-3524. Thank you in advance.
