There's a specific type of courage that nobody outside this industry recognizes.

It's sitting across from someone at a listing appointment (someone who desperately wants to believe their house is worth $100k more than the market will pay) and telling them the truth anyway.

Knowing full well they might stand up, thank you for your time, and call the agent down the street who'll take the listing at any number just to get the sign in the yard.
