Vortex Services, an authorized DU contractor, will be performing sanitary sewer rehabilitation work located along 6th Ave SE near the intersection of Beltline Rd SE intersection from Wednesday, July 15th, 2026, to Friday, July 17th, 2026, with work occurring between the hours of 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM each night. During this time, westbound traffic on Beltline Rd SE will be closed from merging to northbound on 6th Ave SE, with detours signed accordingly.

Normal traffic patterns will be re-instated each day after work hours are complete. Utility workers will be on-site at 7:30 PM each night to set up the necessary traffic control devices to notify motorists of the upcoming work zone.

DU asks that motorists be aware of all traffic control devices, construction personnel, and equipment in the work zone and to approach the area with extreme caution and at a reduced speed
