I have been in a kind of mood lately and I am IN LOVE with the . I’ll be honest, I was intimidated at first by this one and I resisted turning it on although I kept being drawn to the topics. I was truly afraid that it was going to call out something I didn’t realize I was doing that was ! But as I encourage my clients to do, I confronted my discomfort and shined the flashlight under the metaphorical bed and am so very pleased that I did. This podcast is now almost always playing in my quiet time and I can’t get enough! Perfect for clients and therapists alike, I encourage everyone to give it a try, it’s truly wonderful!

I adore the work I get to do every day. I often say it’s not common that someone gets to earn a paycheck to follow their passion and I am privileged beyond measure to do so- a gift I try hard to never take for granted. I also say to anyone who asks (and several who don’t) that being a therapist has made me a better person and I learn as much if not more from my clients than they do from me.
