Peace Baptist Church on Covington Hwy will no longer serve as the location for a new day center for the unhoused. Instead the center will open on Flat Shoals Rd.

DeKalb County Commission approves new day center location The DeKalb County Commission, at its May 26 meeting, approved another location change for a planned day center to serve homeless individuals. It will be located at 3592 Flat Shoals Road in Greater Decatur.
