🥪☕️🌿🥨 This week’s spotlight is Katelyn Bashford favorite hotspot — Collective Coffee — There are coffee shops… and then there is Collective Coffee.

For Katelyn, this place has become so much more than just grabbing a cup of coffee. It is an experience, a meeting place, and one of the best atmospheres in Wichita Falls. The moment you walk in, you instantly feel like this is where people come to connect, create, and build community.

The staff is always welcoming and intentional, making every drink feel special instead of just another coffee run. One of the first things you notice on the wall is “Coffee & Community,” and Katelyn says after spending time there, you realize it is not just a slogan, it is exactly who they are.

The tables are filled with business meetings, students studying, moms gathering on the patio while kids play, and local business owners dreaming big together.

And her order? Almost always the same. A hot brown sugar latte, extra sweet, with a breakfast sandwich and added refried beans. She says the sandwich is unbelievably flavorful and the perfect fuel to power through the day.

Collective Coffee also offers a mobile coffee bar for events, which Katelyn says is such a fun touch. One of her friends even had them cater her wedding, and according to Katelyn, she may or may not have had four lattes that night... she will never tell. 😂
