Notice: The Park does not allow water drip during freezing conditions. We are on septic and have operational limits we will not exceed.

We have heat tape on all spigots and we offer heated hoses if you need one.

Due to failure to respect these parameters, beginning tonight, we will shut off water supply at 10 pm until 8 am.

This will continue through the cold nights, where unauthorized consumpion is primarily occurring.

Again, this is a direct result of our water usage threshold.

Moving forward, we will monitor daily consumption and water will be shut off if the daily threshold is met.

Secondly, if you have any sags in your sewer hose, you should work the water out after you close your valves to prevent freeze blockage.

**CAMPER AND LOT FOR RENT**

We currently have a camper for rent in our campground. We are looking for a long term renter. Currently the rent is $1135/mo for the camper, lot, water, power, sewer and WiFi all included in that price. However, we can move the camper to any of our cheaper vacant lots and get the price of rent down to $925/mo everything included. Kyle and Tammie's camper caught fire lastnight. 😭 The family was able to make it out safe but they lost their dogs and EVERYTHING they owned. They have 3 small children. We are asking for donations to help them in this horrible time. You can donate money or items.
