Last night’s message from our pastor out of Psalm 107 was such a timely reminder for so many of us. How many times do we let the enemy get into our minds and convince us we’re too far gone, too broken, too lost, or too overwhelmed? Yet over and over in Psalm 107, people found themselves wandering, hurting, rebelling, and in distress but they cried out to the Lord, He rescued them.

What a comfort to know that no matter what season we’re in or what battle we’re facing, we don’t have to stay trapped in fear, shame, anxiety, or defeat. We simply have to cry out to Him. God still hears. God still rescues. God still brings peace in the middle of the storm.
