“What is your process?”

Step 1: Contact me, tell me a little about your project, set up a consultation!

Step 2: I’ll send you a 2D floor plan of your space so that we can make sure everything will fit perfectly (to scale!). Together we will determine the best layout for you.

Step 3: Send me your inspiration pics, add me to your Pinterest board, and share any specific paint colors/tile/countertops you want to see in the rendering.

Step 4: I render your space in 3D based on all the details you sent. You will receive a folder of 3D renderings and also links to 360 degree panoramas that give you views from every angle. We can revise as needed.

Step 5: I send you all the specifications for your project into a customized document - floor plan, renderings, detailed elevations, tile pattern, cabinet inserts, dimensions, you name it! All the things specific to your project.

Sometimes I use 3D renderings to help homeowners make decisions that seem *small and simple*, but can end up being overwhelming. Building a home is not a cheap endeavor - I want to help you get it right the first time and not regret it later.

This living space had a vaulted ceiling centered in the middle of the house, but it wasn’t necessarily centered on the living space. The homeowner was trying to decide on built-ins and where to center the fireplace - on the wall between the doors OR centered on the ceiling? And to keep the built-ins symmetrical?
