DHS Class of 70 Reunion

Bobby Evans, Mike Beindorff, Wally Terry, Frankie Rowden, Van Bolding…the list goes on!!! Was there a girl in the group?

Debra Celeste Vickers York passed away Jan. 5, 2026, according to her sister Mary Jane Capron.
Mary Jane says Debra, who had experienced ill health for some years, started feeling worse on Christmas Day and entered the hospital. Mary Jane was with Debra when she passed away.
Debra was a widow (David). They have one child, Kaitlin, of Colorado.
The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
Debra passed just 3 weeks after their sister Verita (ViVi) Leigh Vickers Driskell of Miramar Beach, Fla.
Vivi died after developing a brief but rapid invasion of cancer. She is survived by her husand Charlie Driskell, son Chris (Eliabeth), granddaughter Elyta Rose Driskell, and son Steve Driskell.
(I was not close friends with Debra, although we did grow up together in Central Methodist's Sunday school class. Mike Wahl was scoutmaster and assistant scoutmater for ViVi's sons' troop.)
