The Decatur Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Phyllis C. C**n. Phyllis was last seen on April 23, 2026, at approximately 2:00 p.m. in the 1600 block of E. Walnut St., Decatur, Illinois. She was wearing light-colored clothing, white shoes with orange trim and unknown characters on them, and possibly a black and white jacket.
