Have you or your family been affected by changes in disability service providers?

A team of researchers at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) is conducting a study to better understand how disability service provider turnover—when providers leave their jobs or stop providing services—affects individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities (I/DD) and their families.

You may be eligible to participate if you are:
✔ An individual with an intellectual or developmental disability who has worked with a service provider within the past five years, or
✔ A parent or caregiver of an individual with an intellectual or developmental disability age 14+
