It offers:

πŸ‘₯ Group live exercise classes
πŸ§‘β€πŸ’» One-on-one live exercise training

To participate, you must:
βœ… Live with a permanent physical disability that limits mobility
βœ… Be at least 18 years old
βœ…Have access to a computer or smartphone
βœ…Have internet access

Participants will receive:

⌚ A physical activity tracker like a FitBit
πŸ’΅ Compensation for completing the study
