When the air temperature reaches the 90s, asphalt and concrete can heat up to 130–150°F or more. That’s hot enough to burn skin and paw pads in just seconds!

🐾 Protect your pets by walking them early in the morning or later in the evening. If the pavement is too hot for the back of your hand after 7 seconds, it’s too hot for their paws.
