Low libido is rarely just about sex—and if you're struggling with it, you deserve more than being told to “just relax.”
Low libido can be connected to:
- Hormones
- Stress
- Pelvic pain
- Feeling disconnected from your body
- Feeling emotionally disconnected in relationship
- Shame or grief
- Exhaustion / being touched out
- Not feeling safe enough to soften
Desire thrives with:
- Safety
- Connection
- Rest
- Body trust
Sexual health is whole-person health. At Renew Pelvic Health, we’re here to support your healing—gently, holistically, and without shame.
Schedule a sexuality counseling session with Ashley Zimmerman, PT, DPT when you’re ready—we’d love to care for you. We offer convenient hours, in-person or virtual sessions, and online booking!

Here's something we wish more women knew: pain is not a normal part of being a woman.
Pelvic pain. Painful periods. Painful intimacy. Pain during pregnancy.
These are signs your body needs support — not something to simply endure.
As pelvic floor physical therapists, we work with women every week who have been suffering in silence, thinking what they're experiencing is "just how it is." Or they’ve been told by another provider that it’s normal. It's not.
✨Holistic pelvic floor physical therapy at Renew Pelvic Health can help identify and treat the root cause so you can feel better faster. ✨
If any of this resonates with you — or someone you love — we'd love to help. We have Saturday hours and early morning through late afternoon weekday appointments to make it easier to fit into your busy schedule.

Feel free to share this with a friend who needs to hear it. 💗

We're excited to welcome Dyane Loney, PT, DPT to Renew Pelvic Health! Dr. Loney sees patients of all genders over 18 yrs old in our Decatur office. She'll offer Saturday hours starting 5/2/26 and will add more availability soon!
Dr. Loney is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic health, with a particular focus on men's pelvic health — an area that's often overlooked but deeply impacts quality of life. Dr. Loney brings clinical experience and genuine compassion to every session.
Dr. Loney is passionate about creating an environment where patients feel safe, seen, and respected — regardless of gender, age, or background. She understands that pelvic health concerns can feel vulnerable to discuss, and she makes it her mission to change that. Her culturally aware, whole-person approach means you'll never feel judged, only supported.
Dr. Loney doesn't believe in one-size-fits-all treatment. She takes time to understand your goals, assess the full picture, and design a plan that works in real life — including an effective home exercise program that keeps your progress going between visits.
Dr. Loney can help with these concerns and more!
- men's pelvic health (post-surgical recovery, ED, pain, etc)
- bladder issues (leaking, urgency, frequency, etc)
- bowel concerns (including Crohn's, IBS, constipation, etc)
- pelvic pain
- painful intimacy
- vaginismus
- endometriosis
- interstitial cystitis (IC)
