The Infection Control RN is responsible for overseeing the facility's infection prevention and control program, ensuring compliance with CMS, IDPH, and CDC guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and track infections within the facility

Educate staff on infection prevention practices

Conduct surveillance, audits, and reporting

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident safety

Qualifications:

Current Illinois RN license
