Despite wintery temperatures, the community showed up. 💪❄️

This morning, neighbors came out in the cold to take charge of their health at our Community Health Fair in Decatur. Free screenings, meaningful conversations, and real access to care made the day impactful and rewarding.

We are grateful to everyone who braved the weather, MSM HEAL Clinic and the volunteers who made this event possible. This is what community commitment looks like.
